Welcome to my page. Life is a wonderful, complicated, and often challenging adventure - navigating this alone can be a lonely and confusing road. As humans, we are meant to support, rely on, and nurture one another.

This is where the support of therapy can help.

Everything in life is a relationship - a relationship with others, society, work, play, family, friends, nature, money, food….and, most importantly, with ourselves.

In our work together, we will explore your relationship with yourself, as well as how every other relationship in your life has impacted and influenced you.

When was the last time you were really able to talk?

To feel heard, understood, and valued?

As a therapist, the foundation of my approach to providing therapy starts with listening. I genuinely want to hear your story. It might sound obvious, but it’s important to highlight. With compassionate curiosity, I ask questions, point out themes and patterns, and we determine where you want to go. It is your private time and space to ask your own questions, seek clarity, shift in perspective.

Together we explore, excavate, and uncover the obstacles you are facing and the direction you want to go. Through comfortable, warm, and honest dialogue, we seek insight, develop awareness, acceptance, then empowerment, action and change. Each session is personal to you. This is your time and space to truly focus on you. No human or experience is the same, so each therapy experience is also unique to you.

We start by acknowledging what we can see and touch in your life - the behaviors, thoughts and patterns - and then connect back the underlying emotions, beliefs, and attachments in your history and current relationships impacting you today. With an emphasis on inclusion, equity, diversity and empowerment, I believe in celebrating imperfections, resiliency, the value in struggle, transformation, and recovery.

My role is to guide, support, and encourage you along the way to:

  • comfort the darkness and pain

  • highlight potential blind spots

  • illuminate your resiliency and strength

  • and to find your empowerment to live as you intend.

“You may shoot me with your words,

You may cut me with your eyes,

You may kill me with your hatefulness,

But still, like air, I'll rise.”

~ Maya Angelou
